New Verification process in the Client Application

At Olé, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible experience throughout their insurance journey. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security and streamline our processes, we have implemented a new verification process.

What’s New?

Starting November 1st, when clients initiate a new application, they will receive an email containing a unique 5-digit code. This code is a crucial step in our enhanced security measures and serves as a personalized verification to safeguard their information.

How It Works:

  1. The application link will be shared and completed as usual.
  2. Before the last step of the application, a pop up will appear requesting a 5-digit verification code. This code will be sent directly to the email the client inputs at the start of the application.
  3. Enter the code when prompted to continue with the process.
