In the advisor portal, under the Policy section, we have added a dedicated tab offering a comprehensive view of all policies currently in grace period. Here are some key features:
- Complete List of Policies at Risk: Access a detailed list of policies that are at risk of lapsing.
- Color-Coded Classification:
- Green (1-15 days): Policies in the early stages of the grace period.
- Yellow (16-30 days): Policies that have been in the grace period for a moderate duration.
- Red (31-60 days): Policies that need urgent attention, as they have been in the grace period for an extended period.
- Export Functionality: Seamlessly export the list to an Excel file for your convenience and further analysis.
