Enhancements to Our Underwriting Process

At Olé Life, we are committed to staying at the forefront of innovation, ensuring that our services are not only efficient but also used to assess good risk. Therefore, as of December 1st, we are implementing a positive change to our tele-underwriting process: we are transitioning from WhatsApp calls to Video Conference calls.

How will this process work:

  1. Once the client has completed the application, they will receive an email from our team with a link to schedule the date and time that best suits their schedule. They will be able to schedule appointments up to 5 days in advance.
  2. After confirming their appointment, the client will receive follow ups with the video conference link to be able to connect to the call.
  3. As the agent, you will be informed in every step of the process via email.

This enhancement comes as a result of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible service to our clients and streamline our underwriting procedures. We believe that incorporating video conferencing into our tele-underwriting calls will bring about several key benefits for both our agents and clients:
