Consult and download the new retention report
We aim to simplify your life, which is why the retention report we’ve specifically crafted for you is now accessible on the portal. With just one click, you can download all the necessary information in Excel. We’re confident it will greatly assist you in managing your portfolio. Within this report, you’ll find various tabs:
- Business at risk: List of policies that are about to expire in the next 15 days if the overdue premium payment is not made and approved applications that are about to be canceled in the next 15 days if the first payment is not received.
- Policies in grace period: List of all policies that are currently in the grace period.
- Approved but inactive applications: List of approved applications that have not received the first payment to activate them.
- Upcoming payments: List of policies that will have a payment date within the next 30 days (anniversary or current period).
- Applications under evaluation: Applications in the process of evaluation or underwriting with pending information for approval.
Download the report now from the advisors’ portal, you just need to log in, go to the Reports / Retention section, or click from the weekly report email and download the report with the updated information. You’ll be able to view the information of your direct business and structure if applicable.
